Excludes: Difficult access, no elevator, parking restrictions, stair carry or after hours work.
Common for housing providers and occupied buildings.
Basic installation
Placement, leveling and basic connection within approved scope
Includes: Placement, levelling and basic connection within approved like for like scope.
Excludes: Electrical, plumbing, gas, venting modification, cabinetry work or hardwiring.
Appliance and site must be ready for basic installation.
Dishwasher install
Standard dishwasher replacement where site is ready and connections are like for like
Includes: Standard replacement where the dishwasher location and connections are ready.
Excludes: Plumbing/electrical/cabinet modification, non standard anchoring or site repair.
Scope should be reviewed before scheduling.
Laundry install
Washer/dryer placement, leveling and standard hookup within approved scope

Excludes: Venting modification, stacking complexity, drain pan installation, plumbing/electrical work.
Accessory assumptions should be confirmed with the member; Appliance and site must be ready for basic installation.
Removal & recycling
Removal, haul away and responsible recycling of old appliance
Includes: Removal, haul away and responsible recycling of old appliance.
Excludes: Pest/contamination handling, unusual access, special equipment, site remediation.
ODP certified refrigerant recovery process used where applicable.
Turnkey kitchen swap
Delivery to unit, basic install within scope, removal/recycling, packaging removal
Includes: Delivery to unit, basic installation within scope, old unit removal, recycling and packaging removal.
Excludes: Remote/special access, regulated trade work and unusual site conditions.
Use for simple fridge, range or dishwasher replacement when scope is standard.
Turnkey laundry swap
Delivery to unit, basic laundry hookup within scope, removal/recycling, packaging removal
Includes: Delivery to unit, basic laundry hookup within scope, old unit removal, recycling and packaging removal.
Excludes: Stacking complexity, venting changes, plumbing/electrical changes, heat pump dryer complexity.
Use where site conditions are confirmed.
Stair carry
Additional stair carry where elevator is unavailable or not usable
Includes: Additional stair carry where elevator is unavailable or not usable.
Excludes: Extreme access conditions or safety constraints.
Project quoted for multi unit deployments.
Inventory staging
Short term staging for planned deployments
Includes: Short term inventory staging for planned deployment.
